Due to the hysteresis and inertia of electromagnetic machinery, it is almost impossible to control the movement of the feed slide by 0.1 mm through "on" and "off". In order to ensure the minimum feeding length and feeding accuracy, the rear tongs make the feeding slide back to LK position, then move forward to the predicted position LT, and close the feeding solenoid valve. When the feeding cylinder movement stops, the rear clamp is clamped.
Circular sawing machine
Circular saw machine, also known as circular saw machine, is divided into automatic and semi-automatic. The circular saw blade makes a rotary cutting motion, and at the same time, it makes feed motion with the saw blade box. Band sawing machine
The circular saw belt is tensioned on two saw wheels, and the saw wheel drives the saw belt to cut. There are two main types of band sawing machines: vertical and horizontal. The saw frame of vertical band sawing machine is set vertically, and the workpiece moves during cutting, which is used to cut the curve contour of sheet metal and forming parts. The saw band can also be replaced by file chain or abrasive belt for filing or grinding. The saw frame of horizontal band sawing machine is arranged horizontally or obliquely, feeding along the vertical direction or swinging direction around a fulcrum. The saw band is generally twisted by 40 ° to keep the saw tooth perpendicular to the workpiece. The horizontal type is divided into scissor type, double column type and single column type band sawing machine; according to the use situation, it can be divided into manual type (economical manual feeding, manual cutting material) and automatic type; according to the automatic program of the controller, it can be divided into manual type (semi-automatic manual feeding) and full-automatic (automatic feeding and automatic cutting)
The saw bow equipped with saw blade makes reciprocating motion and feeds by swinging the saw frame around a fulcrum. The machine tool has the advantages of simple structure, small volume and low efficiency. There are two kinds of moving tracks of the saw blade of the sawing machine: straight line and arc. When the arc moves, the saw bow swings around a fulcrum with a small angle. The cutting amount of each saw tooth is large, the chip removal is easy, and the efficiency is high. This method is mostly used in the new type of sawing machine.
