The hydraulic transmission system of sawing machine is composed of pump, valve, oil cylinder, oil tank, pipeline and other auxiliary parts. The lifting of saw beam and clamping of workpiece are completed under electrical control. The stepless speed regulation of feed speed can be realized through the speed regulating valve, so as to meet the sawing needs of different materials. The electric control system consists of electric box, control box, junction box, travel switch, electromagnet, etc. it is used to control the rotation of saw blade, lifting of saw beam, clamping of workpiece, etc., so as to realize normal cutting cycle according to certain working procedures. Before the start-up of the lubrication system, the lubricating parts of the machine tool (wire brush shaft, worm gear box, driving bearing seat, worm bearing, upper and lower shafts of lifting cylinder, clamping screw rod of sliding surface of movable vice) must be lubricated. The worm gear and worm in the worm gear box are lubricated with No. 30 oil bath. The oil is injected through the oil plug hole on the upper part of the worm gear box. There is an oil mark on the box surface. When the saw beam is at the lowest position, the oil level should be between the upper and lower limits of the oil level. The oil should be changed after one month of trial, and then every 3-6 months. The lower part of worm gear box is equipped with oil drain plug. The saw blade drives the motor installed on the worm gear box through the belt pulley and V-belt to drive the worm and worm gear in the worm gear box to drive the driving wheel to rotate, and then drive the saw blade around the active / passive flange for cutting and rotating. The feed motion of saw blade is composed of lifting cylinder and speed regulating valve, which controls the descending speed of saw beam and thus controls the feed (stepless speed regulation) movement of saw blade. The saw brush rotates at the place where the saw blade comes out of chips, and rotates along with the saw blade of the saw machine in the direction of sawing, and the coolant is supplied by the cooling pump to clean the chips on the saw teeth. The coolant is in the coolant tank on the right side of the base and is directly driven by the water pump to supply coolant. Press the emergency stop (stop) button and rotate clockwise. The oil pump motor works and the gear pump works. The oil enters the pipeline through the filter screen. Adjust the relief valve to make the system working pressure meet the requirements. Otherwise, press the button inward, all motors stop working. Press the clamp button to clamp the workpiece, the solenoid valve works, the hydraulic oil enters the left side of the clamping cylinder, the right side hydraulic oil returns to the oil tank, and the left clamp clamps the workpiece. When the saw beam of the sawing machine is lowered, press the working clamp, and the hydraulic oil enters the rod chamber of the lifting cylinder through the solenoid valve; the hydraulic oil in the rod free chamber flows through the solenoid valve, and the one-way speed regulating valve returns to the oil tank. When the saw beam is lowered quickly, the hydraulic pressure works through the solenoid valve. The oil enters the rod cavity of the lifting cylinder, and the oil in the non rod chamber returns to the oil tank through the solenoid valve. When the saw beam rises, press the up button, and the hydraulic oil enters the rod less chamber of the lifting cylinder through the solenoid valve; the oil in the rod chamber returns to the oil tank through the solenoid valve. When the workpiece is released, press the clamp release button, and the hydraulic oil enters the right side of the clamping cylinder through the solenoid valve; the left hydraulic oil can return to the oil tank through the solenoid valve, and the left jaw moves to the left, and the workpiece is released. The analog input and output module of the system makes the monitoring of sawing process have a wide range of significance. For example, as long as the feedback of saw blade deformation is increased, the sawing speed can be adjusted adaptively. The speed and position control of sawing process can be optimized by adding servo valve. The management function of the system makes the management of materials and workpieces more convenient. The Chinese interface and real-time graphical state display of the system make the operation more friendly and intuitive.
